I had originally sent a package to a Navy sailor and it was sent to the wrong location. Chelsea was incredibly helpful an offer to reach out to the post office, and gave me a $50 credit to send him a new box!! I appreciate you all so much and all that you do!
I wanted to send a box to a Navy service member deployed out on one of our ships. I don't know him personally so I don't know what he likes and I have NO idea what in the world anyone would need and/or want while on a boat in the middle of the ocean anyway, I won't even go on a cruise. This was so easy. I picked Navy, I picked a box, I paid for it, and it shipped the same day...of course that doesn't mean it will be there soon as ships in the ocean don't have the same shipping time line but still...so easy and I feel better knowing a service member put the box together. I will be back to order again I am certain of it!
I wrote an earlier (negative) review due to an incomplete order that arrived to my soldier. That very day I received a personal phone call in response and within days later a corrected/complete package was resent. I was both grateful and amazed at the quality of service Troopsters and Chelsea provided; they make it clear how important “getting it right” is to them and their dedication to those who serve our country. Five stars all the way.
