I've ordered a couple of the pre-package boxes and loved them!! for my son's birthday I sent him a specialized box at A school. The quality of the products is amazing and shipping is always fast. Its great to be able to pick out his favorites!
I sent this package to my son in the navy. He loved it, and especially liked the coffee cup with the carabiner clip, which is something I never would have thought to send.

A friend of ours recently had his birthday while stationed in Korea, away from his family and friends. We wanted to send him a care package but everything that I read online was so unclear about what could/could not be mailed, the shipping process, etc. Troopster made it so easy! I selected what branch of military he's in and they gave me several different package options. I was able to customize the package by adding individual items that I thought our friend would like...I was even able to customize and add a birthday card for him! Wonderful select of hot treats! Grandson in Navy looks forward for packages I order every month from Troopster. It’s very easy to send different packages. Travis from customer service is Phenomenal for I alway need help. Grandson said he gets packages quickly even when Deployed Which is fantastic.

I had originally sent a package to a Navy sailor and it was sent to the wrong location. Chelsea was incredibly helpful an offer to reach out to the post office, and gave me a $50 credit to send him a new box!! I appreciate you all so much and all that you do!
My husband's care package got lost in the mail through no fault of Troopster. When I reached out to them they were very accommodating and helped us get it delivered right away. Unfortunately the original package was destroyed by the postal system. Within minutes of my email they were calling back to recertify the situation. They had a new car pack sent out that same day with extra goodies and refunded the original purchase. They were so above and beyond it is absolutely amazing and I would without hesitation buy from them again.
My Marine texted me that he received the package and loved it! Stated “it had some pretty cool stuff” and he was enjoying it and sharing with his buddies! Took a little less than 3 weeks to receive it from the day I ordered it about 20 days! He still has not even received a package I mailed from home 2 weeks prior! Thanks Troopster’s. Highly recommend! I wanted to send a box to a Navy service member deployed out on one of our ships. I don't know him personally so I don't know what he likes and I have NO idea what in the world anyone would need and/or want while on a boat in the middle of the ocean anyway, I won't even go on a cruise. This was so easy. I picked Navy, I picked a box, I paid for it, and it shipped the same day...of course that doesn't mean it will be there soon as ships in the ocean don't have the same shipping time line but still...so easy and I feel better knowing a service member put the box together. I will be back to order again I am certain of it!

Adding extra individual items is excellent. Deodorant is always a product that sailors need. My grandson loves all the extras I send him! I wrote an earlier (negative) review due to an incomplete order that arrived to my soldier. That very day I received a personal phone call in response and within days later a corrected/complete package was resent. I was both grateful and amazed at the quality of service Troopsters and Chelsea provided; they make it clear how important “getting it right” is to them and their dedication to those who serve our country. Five stars all the way.
